Legal, in plain language
Terms of sale.
Short, readable, and exactly what we practice.
1. Who is selling
Namarium (“we”, “the house”) sells domain names that it owns outright. We are the registrant of every name listed — no brokerage, no third-party inventory.
2. Listings & prices
Prices are fixed, displayed in USD on each listing, and are the full amount payable to us. There are no commissions, escrow surcharges or hidden fees added by us. For select names we may consider a written offer; until we accept one in writing, the listed price stands. Listings may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an agreement is reached.
3. How a purchase happens
- You open a ticket for the name you want.
- We reply in writing with the available payment options and the exact transfer plan.
- Nothing is owed, and nothing is binding, until both sides have confirmed the plan in writing inside the ticket thread.
- Once your payment is confirmed, the transfer starts immediately.
4. Transfer & completion
Transfers use the standard registrar mechanisms: an authorization (EPP) code or a registrar account push. We assist step by step. The sale is complete only when the domain is under your control in your own registrar account. Until then, we remain engaged in the ticket thread.
5. If we cannot deliver
If, after payment, we are unable to transfer the domain to you, you receive a full refund of what you paid us. That is the whole of our liability: we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or the value you hoped to build on the name.
6. After the sale
Once the name is in your account, future renewals are between you and your registrar, at your registrar’s standard rates. We keep no rights over the name and charge no ongoing fees.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use a purchased name, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights (for example trademarks) in your jurisdiction and your industry. Descriptions on listings are editorial branding suggestions, not legal advice.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to new purchases. Material changes never apply retroactively to an agreement already confirmed in writing.
